Technical Service Contracts
Our service just begins when the installation is complete. We offer on-line support for the life of your system, and have a variety of maintenance contracts tailored to your specific needs. A typical preventative maintenance visit includes the following:
- Confirm proper automatic operation of all system components and processes. Make necessary adjustments as required. Document all adjustments and bring them to the attention of the operating personnel.
- Review log with operators, noting trends or changes in operation.
- Check all chemical feed loops for proper operation and set specific gravity for the system.
- Inspect, clean and calibrate all sensors and process instrumentation.
- Inspect all automatic valves for proper operation and service as required.
- Depressurize, disassemble and inspect Kinetico valve modules. If necessary, replace any Kinetico valve module parts, pawls, seals, valve seats or gearing.
- Inspect all motor-driven and rotating devices for proper operation and service as required per manufacturer specifications.
- Open and inspect all resin tanks. Perform resin analysis (once per year) and report findings.
- Repack all tanks as necessary.
- Reassemble system and perform pressure test.
- Check reagent storage and supply. Notify responsible party if reagents need replenishment.
- Inspect all compressed air line valves, regulators, oilers, etc. associated with the Kinetico system for proper operation. Service as required.
- Inspect area floor sump pumps for proper operations. Check operation of all transfer pumps.
- Inspect the system control and motor starter panels for proper operation and service as required. Make any necessary changes to the process controller (PLC).
