1. Kinetico:

  • Manufactures unique products with features that are desirable many international markets.
  • Produces a wide range of residential, light commercial, industrial and municipal products including filters, softeners, neutralizers, aerators, reverse osmosis and deionization systems of varying sizes for a large range of applications.
  • Is willing to adopt a flexible structure to maximize penetration and ROI for all concerned parties

 2. Ideal characteristics of Kinetico's business partner:

  • Knowledge of the local market and water conditions
  • Access to qualified distribution channels and pertinent industries
  • High degree of technical ability
  • Product line would be complemented by Kinetico technologies and would not compete against them

What Kinetico is seeking:

1. Brand name recognition

  • Supply of Kinetico products, from a company identified with Kinetico, with Kinetico focused service and support

2. Qualified distribution

  • Entities with knowledge of water treatment and the local market, the ability to rapidly provide superior customer service and support
  • Access to potential water treatment markets

3. Ability to cover the market

  • Distribution throughout your local market, including all major cities and rural areas

4. Dedication of resources

  • Sales personnel dedicated specifically if not exclusively to the Kinetico product line
  • Service personnel dedicated specifically if not exclusively to the Kinetico product line
  • Establishment of a central training facility, travelling training team, and/or extensive training resources for Kinetico products.
  • Creation of brochures, literature and manuals in local languages exclusively for Kinetico products.
  • A business manager or team dedicated specifically if not exclusively to Kinetico products.

5. A long-term mutually beneficial relationship

What Kinetico is not seeking:

  • Distribution of products under another brand name.
  • Wholesaling of Kinetico control valves.
  • Technology transfer without compensation.
  • Untrained service and support.
  • Inclusion in a product line with competing products.
  • To sell or license trademarks and trade names
  • Transfer of product across international borders outside of agreed territory
  • Relationships involving intermediaries
  • Equity in a local company
